I have received a damaged product

When receiving products, the consumer shall inspect the shipment and report any discrepancies, incorrect products, or missing items to PS of Sweden immediately, within 5 days. If the consumer has not contacted PS of Sweden within this timeframe, the order will be deemed accepted by the consumer.
In case of contact, we require your order number along with a description of the product's issue. Please attach images showing the defect and the product.
