How does the guarantee apply?

Answer: Depending on what has happened to your product, you as a customer have a right to make a complaint regarding purchases made with us via our website. This applies when presented proof of purchase from our website is held. Following on if it is a product you bought from a retailer, you would need to get in contact with them. We are following the Swedish Konsumentverket's regulations and rules. A product defect should always be found within 6 months from purchase.
Regarding leather products:
Keep in mind that leather is a natural material which means that it always has more or less structure in its appearance. Differences in structure and appearance in a leather product are not to be regarded as a defect and thus not as a reason for replacement or complaint.
Regarding pearls, crystals, rivets, and other decorations:
For example on our headbands, the details are only for decoration. This decoration is fragile and if the decoration breaks, this can not be considered a defect in the product and can not be raised as an issue.Regarding sizes:
We are happy to help you choose the right size but can not guarantee a perfect fit.Regarding colors:
