Answer: Once your order is sent from our warehouse you will receive an email including the tracking number of your parcel so you easily can keep track of your package. 

Delivery Time: (from the time the package has been handled and sent by the warehouse)
UPS: 4-6 business days in Europe. About 7-12 business days outside Europe. 
FedEx: 7-12 business days outside Europe.
DHL Parcel: 4-6 business days. 
DHL Express: 2-4 business days.

When your package is ready to collect at the nearest pick-up point, you will receive an email or text message to pick it up. 

We reserve the right that it may take longer for new releases, campaigns, or other factors/events that may cause higher pressure on the warehouse. We also reserve the right for any final sale of certain products. -A sent order can not be canceled, this also applies to delayed deliveries after the order has been shipped.
